- We are looking forward to sharing an exciting journey with you in 2019. To begin, we would like to gather all 110 project leads into one (large!) room and hear from our Vanguard colleges, Ex Libris and project leadership about expectations, timeline and requirements as we move through implementation. The event runs 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
